Enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner whenever you please … spend a couple of hours soaking in your private double spa … or simply hang out on your private deck, enjoying the unique peace of the rainforest surrounding you.

Then, venture outside … stroll our 8km of walking tracks, taking a gourmet picnic along with you … linger in a hammock over the Creek itself … go for a bike ride through the rainforest and our beautiful surrounding area.

Or, if you’re ready to explore, take a look around the nearby markets for second hand treasures and local craft, enjoy the quaint character of the small towns. Or, only an hour’s drive away are the surf beaches and theme parks of the Gold Coast and the beautiful Byron Bay and its hinterland – which makes returning to your own romantic haven even more of a pleasure!

Cantilevered over a bubbling mountain creek, the Creekside Pavilion offers an exclusive secluded relaxation, dining and bathing experience. Enjoy a delicious gourmet meal of antipasto treats, cheeses and charcuterie with wine or champagne. Slip into your own private rock pool to refresh, then relax in luxe comfort enrapt in birdsong, soft cushions and each other’s company.

Bar Lounge & Wine Cellar

Our new Wine Cellar proudly stocks over 1,500 bottles of international and local wines, champagnes, beers and fine spirits. Relax together at the bar or fireside in the lounge, compete in a game of chess, backgammon or pool, or simply enjoy mingling. Coming soon to the Bar Lounge is an excellent tapas and light culinary creations menu.

Rainforest walks

Guiding you through the lush tranquillity of our genuinely pristine rainforest are over 8 kilometres of tracks at the Retreat. The paths are well signed and marked and we provide good maps.

Couples Massage

De-stress, indulge and relax with an hour-long massage, either together or one after the other. Our very experienced and professional masseuses will come to your bungalow and massage you in privacy and comfort.

Glow worms

Glow worms occur naturally at Crystal Creek all year round, near the creek at a special site which is marked on our maps. Invisible to the eye during daylight, they create an entrancing display at night.

Our citrus orchard

A short distance from our Rainforest Canopy Bungalows is the orchard. This pretty little spot is an ideal place to bask in the morning sun with a Picnic Pack.
