Creekside Pavilion Gourmet Fare

Cantilevered over a bubbling mountain creek, the stunning new Creekside Pavilion offers an exclusive and secluded three-hour dining, bathing and relaxation experience. Enjoy a gourmet lunch of superb antipasto treats, cheeses and charcuterie with your selection of wine or champagne. Bathe in your private rock pool, then lay back and enjoy your privacy in the rainforest.

Bar Lounge & Wine Cellar

Our new Wine Cellar proudly stocks over 1,500 bottles of international and local wines, Champagnes, beers and fine spirits. Relax together at the bar or fireside in the lounge, enjoy a game of chess, backgammon or pool, or simply enjoy mingling. Coming soon is an excellent tapas and light culinary creations menu.

Delicious Dinners

These superb meals are prepared with premium fresh local and Australian produce in a delicious hearty home style of cooking. They are accompanied by fresh salads, fresh bread, and dessert of the day. Just pop the portions, in their ceramic terrines, into the microwave for three minutes, or in Rainforest Canopy Bungalows, warmed in the oven to your preference.

Gourmet BBQ Hampers

Your gourmet hamper meals are fully pre-prepared with salads, breads, condiments, and desserts. Your selection of meat, fish, haloumi or tofu options are ready to cook fresh on the stove-top, or on your private deck barbecue.

Breakfast Baskets

The Breakfast Baskets are discreetly delivered and prepared with generous servings for two. They are rich in fresh seasonal produce, and if you select a basket with meat, simply cook the portions on your stove-top, or on the barbecue on your private deck.

Picnic Baskets

Your Picnic Baskets will be prepared in advance and kept cool and fresh for you to pick up from reception any time after 11am. Relax and picnic in the orchard, under our 400-year-old fig tree, or beside a gentle mountain creek. Your selection can also be packed into a cooler backpack to take on your rainforest walk.

Self-cater in your kitchen

If you bring supplies for your own perfect romantic dinner, our fully equipped kitchens boast quality appliances including a four-burner gas cooktop and microwave. Each private deck has a top-of-the-range stainless-steel barbecue. Our Rainforest Canopy Bungalows have full-sized ovens.

Wine & Beverages

Above the Bar Lounge, our extensive new Wine Cellar hosts a superlative collection of over 1,500 bottles of international and local wines, as well as a delicious selection of champagnes.
