All the hampers are fully pre-prepared with all the condiments, breads, salads, desserts etc. ready for you to toss the meat, seafood, haloumi or tofu on the stainless steel gas barbecue on the private deck of your bungalow.

We go to great lengths to ensure the very best quality ingredients, which may vary slightly depending on the availability of fresh seasonal produce.

  • As we are in a remote location and like to buy our produce fresh, 48 hours’ notice is requested for all meals. This allows us to provide you with an extensive menu with the freshest, tastiest ingredients possible.
  • Each meal is ample for one couple and cannot be mix-and-matched.
  • We are able to cater for some dietary requirements, as much as our remote location allows. Please contact us for more information.

Fresh Seafood Hamper

  • Atlantic salmon steaks with herb butter, and fresh prawn kebabs in a homemade marinade of tomato and garlic, served with lemon herb potatoes and green salad.

  • Premium quality porterhouse steaks and homemade rissoles, served with paprika potatoes, Greek salad with organic feta and a balsamic dressing and condiments of tomato relish and horseradish on the side.

  • Homemade chicken mignons with herb butter, and chicken satay skewers with home made peanut sauce, served with dukkha potatoes and Caesar salad.
