Our new chef has delighted in crafting inspired new menus across all our private dining offers to delight your palate, satiate a hard-earned hunger walking the rainforest trails or absorbing the stunning vistas from your deck, whilst also, of course, perfectly matching your cellar selection.

Whether your palate prefers a specific food category, or you have specific foods to avoid, our new menu should fit your requirements ideally, sometimes with a little modification as you direct.
We always ask you to book your meals selections 48 hours in advance, this enables us to ensure we have our freshest ingredients on hand to arrange your ideal meals, even though we are deep in the rainforest.
When you book your stay, we will forward you our menus for your selection, but please do peruse the choices online, to whet your appetite. From red meats, through chicken, fish and vegetarian dishes, hampers and picnic baskets – take your time and please read the private dining notes so that your orders ideally suit both of your palates.
To make your dining complete, our extensive wine cellar offers a superlative range to accompany every meal and to savour in the after-glow.
